Shipping & Delivery

  • Depending on the items & the quantity of items in your order, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be be processed & fulfilled as items are independently handmade. For specific items manufactured by Printful (apparel items), the processing time may be less.

    *Please Note: This times are only estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation & tracking information via email. The tracking number should become active within 24 hours.

  • The shipping cost for each order may vary & will be calculated based on the package weight and the delivery destination.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges*. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once that time window passes, unfortunately, an exchange will not be accepted.

    *Not all items are eligible for exchanges or refunds and are final sale. Final sale items that cannot be exchanged include:

    • Custom Shadow Boxes

    • Custom Engraved LED Lamps

    • Custom Drinkware

    However, If you have any issues with your order, send us an email with your order number at cartoonbrownies@gmail.com, and we’ll try our best to make it right!

  • Unfortunately, shipping items always come with a small chance of damaged packages. This is completely out of our control when the package is out of our hands and handled by USPS. Furthermore, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier to submit a complaint or a claim.

  • Please make sure you triple-check that you have put the correct delivery address when submitting your order!
